Shipping policy

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DISPATCHED?
We just need no longer than 1 business day to deal with your order. 

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Usually shipping time takes 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatched (for most Europe orders).
During rush days, please estimate extra 1 business days more than usual.
Some countries in Europe take longer, but most deliveries will be completed within 15 days.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely - we will send you a tracking number once your product has been dispatched - this can be used to track your order.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Please contact us  sales@charava.eu before your item has been dispatched.

5. CAN I GET DELIVERY TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF EUROPE?
Please contact us sales@charava.eu to ask on a case by-case basis, but at checkout you will be able to see which countries we can ship to.
You will be liable for any import or customs duties as applicable.
